A Warm Welcome to the Leaders of the Ganzhou Municipal Enterprise Federation as They Visit Tengyuan Cobalt for Inspection

On July 6, Liu Cong, President of the Ganzhou Municipal Enterprise Federation and former inspector for the municipal government, and Liao Jiang, Party Building Instructor of the Ganzhou Municipal Enterprise Federation, visited Ganzhou Tengyuan Cobalt New Material Co., Ltd. for inspection. They were accompanied by Liao Shaoqing, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the Ganzhou High-Tech Industry Development Zone. They were warmly welcomed by Tengyuan Cobalt Chairwoman Luo Jie. 

The delegation led by President Liu Cong visited our corporate exhibition hall and learned about our development history. They visited our workshops to check our products, listen to introductions from the workers and inspect the workshops' operations. They praised the Tengyuan Cobalt team for enhancing production capacity, upgrading production, conserving energy and lowering consumption, innovating techniques, ensuring safety in production and contributing intelligent technological transformations to the global new-energy material field. Since the proposal of the carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals, new electric vehicles have become a major trend in the global auto industry. Traditional 3C products such as smartphones and laptops also have a stable and significant demand for cobalt. Furthermore, the continuous development of 5G technology, the emergence and popularization of the metaverse, and the new-type consumer electronic goods all create new demand growth potential for cobalt. 

President Liu Cong expects the Tengyuan Cobalt team to adhere to the strategy of "extending upstream, enlarging midstream and expanding downstream; relying on and safeguarding our resources supplying places, focusing on new materials for development.” The president also expects the team to remain dedicated to building a complete chain that includes resource development, raw material processing, and new-energy battery recycling. They should also aim to be the most competitive and highest-quality supplier of resources and materials for new energy power batteries and 3C batteries, thus making a larger contribution to the high-quality development of the green energy ecosystem in China.
